Conditions we test for and manage: chlamydia, gonorrhoea, genital herpes, genital warts, HIV, hepatitis B and C, bacterial vaginosis, thrush, syphilis, trichomoniasis and Mycoplasma genitalium.
What we can't do online: some care needs to happen in person. We'll refer you if you need an examination, an injection (for example, the usual first-line treatment for gonorrhoea and syphilis), a procedure or specialist care. If you're very unwell, call 000. If you may have been exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours, get PEP urgently.
Fees
With Medicare: sexual health consultations are bulk billed, so eligible Medicare card holders pay nothing out of pocket. Standard STI tests are usually covered by Medicare at the collection centre.
Without Medicare: $55 on weekdays, $75 on weekends and public holidays. The pathology lab may charge separately for tests.
Erectile dysfunction: private consultations only, at the same fees as above ($55 on weekdays, $75 on weekends and public holidays), with or without Medicare. No Medicare rebate applies.
Medicines are paid for at the pharmacy.
